  • What are your office hours?

    The office is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Just give us a call and we’ll do our very best to help you out straight away. Outside of these hours there is an answerphone, as well as a text or email service if you prefer.
  • Do you work from home?

    No we have a proper office in Pill, Bristol, where we have staff to answer your calls.


  • Is there insurance cover?

    The cleaning service is covered by commercial insurance for up to £2m in the event of accidental damage to your property by the cleaner. This is in additional to your household insurance.

Recruiting Cleaners

  • How do you Recruit My Cleaner?

    We continually advertise for quality cleaners to join our team. The selection process is thorough and includes a telephone interview and personal meeting in the cleaner’s own home. This gives us the opportunity to check their personal standards and complete a full identity check.We also follow up with two references from previous clients or employers. Then we ask the prospective cleaner to do a trial clean at our own home (yes that does mean we probably have the cleanest house in Bristol!) Honesty, reliability and good cleaning ability are key skills that we look for…oh and a lovely personality too.
  • Do they speak English?

    Well if you include local Bristolian as English then a big yes. You need a cleaner who can read and write English and talk to you over the phone or on a text. All of our cleaners have to be able to do that easily for you.
  • How do you choose my Cleaner?

    Your cleaner will be chosen from our team by taking into consideration the amount of cleaning &/or ironing that you want, the day that you would like it done on, whether you have pets or any children and the number of hours you need. Jayne will call you with the details of the cleaner and she will ask the cleaner to call you and arrange getting started. If for any reason you want to change your cleaner, just call us and we can do that immediately for you.


  • Do I get the same cleaner each week?

    Yes, unless she goes on holiday or leaves!
  • What if my cleaner is sick or on holiday?

    For those times that your cleaner is off sick or away, then we can provide a cover cleaner for you at a time to suit you.
